A 38-year-old moulder died while repairing a gate in Navapolatsk, the Investigative Committee reported.
On November 5, the man was on the premises of an enterprise. After finishing his regular work, he decided to repair a metal gate at a workshop that had not been used for a long time.
During the repair, the gate toppled over and crushed the man. He died at the scene.
An investigative team worked at the scene. A forensic medical examination has been ordered, and documents relating to occupational health and safety have been seized.
