Veranika Stankevich Nominated for United Transitional Cabinet Social Policy Representative

The Coordination Council faction “Latushka Coalition and For Freedom Movement” has nominated Veranika Stankevich for the position of the United Transitional Cabinet’s representative for social policy.

The faction has proposed that the Coordination Council hold a hearing on the nomination at its next general meeting and put the issue to a vote.

Earlier, at the “New Belarus” conference, Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya proposed that the Coordination Council put forward candidates for the United Transitional Cabinet.

The position of the United Transitional Cabinet’s representative for social policy has remained vacant since Volha Zazulinskaya left the post.
