Earlier, Afghanistan International, citing senior sources, reported that the recent increase in visits by Taliban government representatives to Minsk was linked to arms purchases. The deals could be conducted through India with Indian financing.
India’s position is linked to its conflict with Pakistan. Afghanistan International also noted the Taliban’s increasingly frequent use of drones against Pakistan.
