US Lifts Sanctions on BMZ’s American Subsidiary

The US Office of Foreign Assets Control has removed BEL-KAP-STEEL, a company registered in Miami, from its sanctions list.

Sanctions against BEL-KAP-STEEL LLC were imposed in 2023. At the same time, the United States also sanctioned OJSC Belarusian Steel Works (BMZ) – the management company of the Belarusian Metallurgical Company holding, which owns a 50% stake in BEL-KAP-STEEL.
