During the night of September 16-17, Ukraine carried out strikes on an oil refinery in Yaroslavl and a military airfield in Rostov-on-Don.
At the Slavneft-YANOS refinery, damage and a fire were recorded at a primary crude oil distillation unit, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.
At the Rostov-Central military airfield, an An-12 military transport aircraft, two An-26 military transport aircraft and three helicopters were hit. A large fire with secondary detonations broke out at the helicopter parking area, the Security Service of Ukraine reported.
