Denys Shtilerman, chief designer and co-owner of the Ukrainian company Fire Point, has published a video on X showing the launch of five Flamingo cruise missiles and footage of the strike on a military plant in Volgograd, Russia.
He confirmed that the target was JSC Federal Research and Production Center Titan-Barrikady, one of the key enterprises of Russia’s military-industrial complex in Volgograd. The company manufactures launchers, artillery systems, and components for missile systems, including the Iskander-M, Yars, and Topol-M. Since 2022, it has been under international sanctions for producing weapons for the Russian military.
