Two drones carrying Belarusian cigarettes were intercepted in Lithuania, the Lithuanian State Border Guard Service reports.
The first drone, flying from Belarus, was spotted in the Šalčininkai District on the evening of September 27. It was forced to land. The drone was carrying a package containing 250 packs of NZ Gold cigarettes.
The second drone arrived several hours later. It was intercepted 800 meters from the border. A package containing 100 packs of Belarusian cigarettes was attached to the homemade drone.
Two administrative proceedings have been initiated.
