Tsikhanouskaya Says Relations With Armenia Have Reached New Level

Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya met with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan. The meetings took place on the sidelines of the European Political Community summit in Yerevan.

This is Tsikhanouskaya’s first official visit to Armenia. According to the leader of the Belarusian democratic forces, it marks a new level of relations between democratic Belarus and Armenia.

“Thank you to Armenia for the invitation. This is my first visit to the country, and it is very important that meetings took place on the sidelines of the summit with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan. This is an important sign that relations between democratic Belarus and Armenia are reaching a new level,” Tsikhanouskaya said.
