Tsikhanouskaya Calls for Ukraine to Be Provided With Means to Defend Against Russian Attacks

Head of the United Transitional Cabinet of Belarus Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya expressed support for the residents of Kyiv following another Russian attack on the Ukrainian capital.

“This morning, my thoughts are with the people of Kyiv, who have endured yet another night of terror. Russia launched a massive ballistic missile attack on a city where millions of people are trying to live their lives. Ukraine needs the means to protect its people. Every delay costs human lives,” Tsikhanouskaya wrote on X.

Russia launched one of the largest ballistic missile attacks on Kyiv since the start of the war during the night of July 19. Russian forces fired more than 40 missiles of various types at Ukraine, most of them targeting the capital, as well as 120 attack drones.
