A major reconstruction of the Kamenny Loh checkpoint on the Belarusian-Lithuanian border will begin on November 5, 2026. The modernisation is scheduled for completion in 2029.
According to the State Customs Committee of Belarus , traffic arrangements at the checkpoint will change during the construction works. However, the current vehicle throughput capacity is not expected to be reduced.
The committee urged travellers to take the upcoming changes into account when planning trips across the Belarusian-Lithuanian border.
