Tactical Exercises Begin In Brest And Hrodna Regions

Bilateral battalion tactical exercises involving units of the Western Operational Command are taking place in the Brest and Hrodna regions. Mechanized battalions of the 6th and 11th Separate Guards Mechanized Brigades are participating.

The exercises are being held to train headquarters and commanders in managing units during combat operations. Service members are practicing actions under conditions of direct confrontation, the Defense Ministry reports.

The exercises include crossing a water obstacle and sections of minefields. Particular attention will be paid to practical counter-drone operations.
