Sybiha: Ukraine Has Received Four Ceasefire Proposals

Ukraine has received four proposals for a ceasefire with Russia. They were put forward by India, Turkey, Egypt and the United States. This was announced by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha.

“We have four proposals. The broadest is India’s proposal. For the first time, India has offered to play a role. We have outlined our vision, based on our logic and our understanding of how all this should proceed. We are ready for an energy ceasefire and a Black Sea ceasefire, but only in combination.

As for the energy sector, this means a complete energy ceasefire, with strikes halted against all energy facilities, including port infrastructure,” RBC-Ukraine quoted the minister as saying.

According to him, the proposals from Turkey and Egypt are similar and concern a ceasefire in the Black Sea that would ensure grain shipments. The US proposal, which was discussed with Trump, concerns a halt to strikes on energy infrastructure.

It should be noted that Russia continues to state that it does not agree to a ceasefire or to reaching final agreements.
