State Military-Industrial Committee Shows Satellite Communications Stations

The State Military-Industrial Committee demonstrated satellite communications stations at the Obuz-Liasnouski training ground today. An event dedicated to army communications equipment was held there with the participation of Aliaksandr Lukashenka.

The following equipment was presented at the training ground:

• R-443U, R-443O, R-443OP and R-443P stations — communications in the C and Ku bands, direct retransmission, and wired networks using fiber-optic and copper lines.
• 0.5 m VSAT satellite communications station and 1.2 m VSAT satellite communications station — a duplex Ku-band channel via the Belintersat-1 satellite.
• Subscriber terminals of a low-Earth orbit constellation — communications while on the move and at stationary facilities.
