The Polish military discovered a Russian drone in the Baltic Sea. It was recovered and brought ashore. Poland’s Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz reported this.
“Near the beach in Rusinowo, close to Jarosławiec, the military discovered and recovered a drone from the waters of the Baltic Sea. An initial inspection showed that it was a Russian-made military drone,” he said.
According to him, the relevant services are working at the site.
The drone was found in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, quite far from Poland’s border with Russia.
It should be noted that on Sunday, a drone allegedly flew through Lithuania. It came from the direction of Belarus and left Lithuanian airspace across the border into the Kaliningrad region. The object was detected by radar. Local residents also reported seeing a flying object.
