Dense fog is expected in Belarus on Saturday. Forecasters have issued an orange-level weather warning.
“Fog is expected across most of the country overnight and during the first half of the day on 17 October (Saturday). Visibility in fog will be 100–500 metres,” the warning states.
Tomorrow, weather in Belarus will be mainly influenced by an area of high atmospheric pressure, with a weak frontal boundary affecting the south during the day. Skies will be cloudy with sunny intervals. It will be mostly dry, although light rain is expected in some places in the south during the day. Winds will be light to moderate, from the north and northeast.
The minimum overnight temperature will be between +1°C and +6°C, reaching up to +10°C in the southeast. Frost of 0°C to −3°C is expected in some parts of the country and in many areas in the north. Daytime temperatures will range from +9°C in the northwest to +17°C in the southeast.
