The National Bank of Belarus has expanded the licensing powers of CJSC Neo Bank Asia under Board Resolution No. 227 of November 3. The financial institution will now be authorised to carry out three additional types of transactions: Opening and maintaining accounts in precious metals Buying and selling precious metals in cases specified by the National Bank Accepting and placing precious metals as deposits from individuals and legal entities
