Traffic volumes are expected to increase in Minsk from 5 p.m. on October 15 on Partyzanski Avenue and Vaneeva and Dalhabrodskaya streets due to events at the National Football Stadium.
According to the Minsk City Executive Committee’s Main Department of Internal Affairs traffic police announcement, the first lane of Dalhabrodskaya Street, from Vaneeva Street to the turnoff for the Prizma shopping mall, will be designated for vehicle parking.
Drivers are advised to take these changes into account when planning their routes.
