MART officials found inflated prices for oranges and mandarins at the Valeryanava market.
Valerkom LLC sold oranges for 25 rubles, compared with an allowable price of 8.89 rubles, while mandarins were sold for between 19.9 and 35 rubles, compared with allowable prices ranging from 5.44 to 8.89 rubles.
“Instead of the allowable 33-34% (taking into account the wholesale markup and importer’s markup), the company set markups ranging from 274.7% on oranges to 424.58% on mandarins”, — MART notes.
The company and its official were held administratively liable. The Economic Court of Minsk Region fined Valerkom more than 30,000 rubles.
