A conflict between neighbors in Pukhavichy District ended in gunfire and a criminal case, the Minsk Regional Executive Committee’s police department reports.
A man had complained to his 51-year-old unemployed neighbor about another neighbor — a 20-year-old man with whom he was constantly in conflict.
The accused decided to help his neighbor and shot the young man with an air rifle. The victim suffered minor abrasions. The shooter was detained. A criminal case has been opened against him on a charge of hooliganism.
