Aliaksandr Lukashenka has signed a law ratifying an agreement with Russia on the enforcement of writs of execution under which Belarusian government bodies and state-funded organizations are the creditors.
The agreement establishes the procedure for transferring funds recovered from debtors in Russia in favor of Belarusian government bodies and state-funded organizations, Lukashenka’s press service reported.
The funds will be transferred using accounts of the Belarusian Ministry of Justice opened with Belarusian and Russian banks.
