As previously reported, the United States announced a ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia for May 9, 10, and 11, along with a planned 1000-for-1000 prisoner exchange. Zelensky confirmed the three-day ceasefire and signed a decree “On Holding a Parade in Moscow.” The document authorizes the parade in Moscow and excludes Red Square from the list of targets for Ukrainian weapons systems.
