Aliaksandr Lukashenka has signed a decree approving key indicators and targets for socio-economic development in 2027.
GDP is expected to grow by 1.9% compared with 2026, while inflation is not to exceed 6%. Investment in fixed assets is planned to increase by 3.1%.
Exports of goods and services are expected to grow by 2.9%. The document identifies expanded foreign trade contacts and cooperation with China, countries of the “far arc,” Russia and other CIS states as growth factors.
Real disposable household incomes are planned to increase by 3%.
The government must approve a socio-economic development plan for Belarus for 2027 within two months.
