Lukashenka Approves Drafts of Two International Agreements Under the CIS

On October 5, Aliaksandr Lukashenka approved two international agreements under the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS): a draft Protocol amending the 2018 Agreement on Cooperation Among CIS Countries in Combating Information Technology Crimes, and a draft Second Optional Protocol to the 1998 Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons to Continue Serving Their Sentences.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus has been authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft documents, Lukashenka’s press service reports.
