Aliaksandr Lukashenka has approved a draft agreement with the Maldives on the mutual abolition of visas. The document provides for Belarusian and Maldivian citizens to enter, leave and transit through the territory of the other country without visas.
Visa-free stays will be permitted for up to 30 days from the date of entry. The total length of stay during a calendar year must not exceed 90 days.
The Belarusian Foreign Ministry has been instructed to conduct negotiations on the agreement and sign it, Lukashenka’s press service reported.
