A long-range Bombardier Global Express XRS business jet, previously registered in Russia, has appeared in the Belarusian government’s aircraft fleet. The aircraft has been assigned the Belarusian registration number EW-777PH. It was previously operated under the Russian registration number RA-73599.
In the Flightradar24 database, the aircraft is already listed as an aircraft of the Belarusian government, while Belavia is identified as its operator. The aircraft uses the BRU code, which is used for government flights.
The Belarusian authorities and Belavia have not officially announced the acquisition of the aircraft. Its price, source of financing and legal owner are also unknown.
The Bombardier Global Express XRS was manufactured in 2009. It is a long-range executive aircraft capable of carrying around 12–15 passengers and covering about 11,000 kilometers without refueling.
Before being registered in Russia, the aircraft used the registration number T7-SNCR, assigned in San Marino, and was operated by Turkish company Black Eagle. It also previously flew under the US registrations N211PB and N311PB. The aircraft’s registration history is provided by the specialized LAAS International database.
In April 2025, the aircraft was brought into Russia and received the registration number RA-73599. As ch-aviation reported, the aircraft joined the fleet of Russian charter company Tarp Aviation. The first recorded flight under its code was operated on May 7, 2025, between Minsk and Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport. After being brought into Russia, it predominantly operated flights from Minsk.
The Russian aviation database RussianPlanes also states that RA-73599 had the manufacturer’s serial number 9378. In May 2025, the aircraft was photographed at Minsk National Airport.
Under its new Belarusian registration number EW-777PH, the aircraft has already operated international flights. According to Flightradar24 data, on September 21 it flew from Muscat to Al Bateen Airport in Abu Dhabi and then headed to Minsk. Aviation observer Johnny Gemini published data on the aircraft’s return from the UAE under flight number BRU8708.
Thus, the aircraft, which had formally been registered in Russia since spring 2025 but was predominantly used for flights from Minsk, has now been re-registered in Belarus and listed by aviation databases as part of the government fleet. It has not been officially reported which Belarusian officials will use the new business jet.
