A 55-year-old livestock worker died at the Horduny dairy farm in the Dobrush District after falling onto a manure removal system, the Belarusian Investigative Committee reports.
On the evening of October 18, the livestock worker was filling in for a maintenance mechanic and cleaning manure from a farm building. At some point, he fell onto the moving parts of the manure removal system, including the conveyor’s gears and chains. The man died from his injuries.
A forensic medical examination has been ordered to determine the exact cause of death. The Investigative Committee is conducting an inquiry.
