OJSC Lidskae has approved a decision to pay dividends.
The dividend per share will amount to 200.2126885 rubles, bringing the total payout to 15.13 million rubles. The funds will be transferred to shareholders within 60 days after receiving approval from the regional executive committee. Companies with foreign owners from so-called “unfriendly” countries are required to obtain such approval before distributing dividends.
This year’s dividends are significantly higher than last year’s. In 2025, the company paid 119.1 rubles per share, totalling 9 million rubles.
The company is controlled by the Finnish group Olvi. In 2022, the group planned to exit the Belarusian market by selling the asset, but the brewery was included in a list of enterprises requiring government approval for sale.
