Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov arrived in Belarus on the evening of October 27, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.
He will take part in the 3rd International Conference on Eurasian Security, which will be held in Minsk on October 28–29. Meetings are scheduled with Belarusian Foreign Minister Maksim Ryzhankou and other conference participants.
