Latushka Sends Ukraine And EU List Of 11 Belarusian Companies Working With Russian Defense Industry

Deputy Head of the United Transitional Cabinet and head of the National Anti-Crisis Management Pavel Latushka has submitted to Ukraine and the European Union a list of 11 Belarusian enterprises that supply components to Russia’s military-industrial complex.

Proposals to impose sanctions on these companies were sent to Ukrainian President’s Commissioner for Sanctions Policy Vladyslav Vlasiuk, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha and EU Special Representative for Sanctions David O’Sullivan.

The proposals are a continuation of agreements reached during a visit by representatives of Belarusian democratic forces to Kyiv in May 2026. At the time, the Ukrainian side was presented with proposals for sanctions against 17 Belarusian military-industrial enterprises.

The initiative is aimed at harmonizing the sanctions lists of Ukraine, the EU and their partners and limiting the ability of Belarusian enterprises to supply products to Russia’s military-industrial complex, the United Transitional Cabinet press service said.
