Belarusian developer and manufacturer of laser and optoelectronic systems, the BelOMO LEMT Scientific and Technical Center, has been removed from the BelOMO holding company. The decision was formalized by government Resolution No. 441 of September 1, which was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.
Under the resolution, the property complex of the BelOMO LEMT Scientific and Technical Center unitary enterprise, with a book value of 234.46 million rubles, is to be transferred into state ownership by December 31. It will be transferred by Minsk Mechanical Plant Named After S.I. Vavilov OJSC, the management company of the BelOMO holding.
The property complex will be assigned to the BelOMO LEMT Scientific and Technical Center under the right of economic management, while the enterprise itself will be placed under the authority of the Ministry of Industry.
