Krutoi: Muraveika Will Coordinate Lukashenka’s Aides and Analyze TikTok

Former Chief of the General Staff Pavel Muraveika will coordinate Lukashenka’s aides in the regions, handle citizens’ appeals, including those submitted via social media, and oversee strategic projects. Head of the Lukashenka administration Dzmitry Krutoi described Muraveika’s duties in the civil service in these terms.

A week ago, Muraveika was appointed Krutoi’s deputy.

“I think this will be a great help and, as the president said, will accelerate certain processes in some areas. Second, Pavel Nikolaevich was our leader’s trusted representative in the last election. He interacts with people very well. So this civilian part of his career is also quite good. He has a strong analytical mind and can help us prepare certain materials on, so to speak, civilian initiatives.

The president said that we would discuss this in more detail, and Pavel Nikolaevich will oversee a number of strategic projects related not only to the military-industrial complex, but also, among other things, to regional programs.

He will coordinate the institution of presidential aides in the regions.

And I think he will also deal with citizens’ appeals, given his, so to speak, communication skills. Citizens’ appeals, in addition to the traditional segment, are now being supplemented very seriously by appeals through modern media, TikTok, Threads, Telegram and so on. And from this entire body of material, it is necessary to identify certain important issues that really deserve attention,” Krutoi said.

According to him, Muraveika’s appointment is part of efforts to improve the work of the Lukashenka administration.

“At the presidential level, certain work is being carried out within the administration to improve the activities of this division. And I think Pavel Nikolaevich will also lead the coordination of this work. So he has a fairly broad range of tasks, and I think he will significantly strengthen our potential and allow the administration to move forward, taking into account the tasks set by our leader,” he said.
