Belarusian Defense Minister Viktar Khrenin has arrived in Russia to observe the final stage of the practical operations phase of the Center-2026 strategic command-and-staff exercise.
The active phase of the CSTO’s Interaction-2026 command-and-staff exercise, the Search-2026 special intelligence exercise, and the Echelon-2026 logistics exercise is also taking place at a training ground in Russia, the Defense Ministry reported.
Defense ministers from CSTO, CIS and SCO member states, observers from foreign armed forces and representatives of international organizations were invited to observe the active phase of the exercises.
Before the final phase, Khrenin visited the command post of the CSTO Collective Rapid Reaction Forces.
