The Belarusian Justice Ministry has suspended the licenses of two real estate companies: Expert Real Estate Agency LLC and Tvoy Dom Real Estate Agency LLC.
The ministry said the agencies had committed violations in their operations. In particular, real estate services were provided not by real estate agents but by unauthorized employees, including customer service specialists, technical documentation specialists and advertising specialists. Some of them were not on the agencies’ staff.
In addition, real estate agents appointed as responsible for fulfilling contracts had withdrawn from performing their duties.
“During the period of the license suspension, Expert Real Estate Agency LLC and Tvoy Dom Real Estate Agency LLC are not entitled to engage in real estate activities. Consumers wishing to terminate existing real estate service agreements should contact the organizations named above”, the Justice Ministry’s press service reports.
