Information Ministry Again Updates List of “Extremist Materials”

The Ministry of Information continues to update its list of “extremist materials.”

The following have been added:

• the Threads account “Hleb,”
• the Instagram accounts “Olya Tokarchuk,” “stepanovna4866,” “laskatuchi,” “grodnonovosti44,” “yana.latushka,”
• the Telegram channel “Durnitsa news,”
• the TikTok accounts “@belprogect,” “Life from Scratch,” “Life from Scratch 2.”

In Belarus, accusations of extremism are used to prosecute opponents of Lukashenka and dissent more broadly.
