A 160-mm cold-water pipeline was damaged, resulting in a water supply outage.
In Lyuban, 168 multi-apartment residential buildings, four secondary schools, five kindergartens and the Lyuban Central District Hospital were left without water. Water is also unavailable in the agro-town of Sarochi.
Repairs are expected to be completed by 8 p.m. today.
