Heating will begin to be switched on in residential buildings in Homiel and Homiel District on October 17, the Homiel Regional Executive Committee reports.
“Due to adverse weather conditions, the heating season has begun in the Homiel Region. All districts and the regional centre have adopted decisions to switch on heating systems in residential buildings,” the regional executive committee said.
The process of switching on the heating will take several days.
