GrandSpecTrading Added to List of Special Exporters

CJSC GrandSpecTrading has been added to the list of special exporters. It was included by Decree No. 49 of February 16, which was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.

Until now, the list of special exporters comprised three organisations: Belvneshpromservice, Belspecvneshtechnika and BELTECHEXPORT.

Under a 2013 decree that initially approved the list, special exporters are defined as specialised organisations that are legal entities of the Republic of Belarus and have obtained, in the prescribed manner, a certificate granting the right to carry out foreign trade activities involving specific goods, works or services.
