Gazprom Transgaz Belarus Will Not Pay Dividends For A Third Consecutive Year

Gazprom Transgaz Belarus will not pay dividends for a third consecutive year. The decision was published on the Unified Financial Market Portal.

“The sole shareholder of Gazprom Transgaz Belarus decided not to pay dividends for 2025 and to leave the 2025 profit at the disposal of Gazprom Transgaz Belarus,” the document says.

The company also did not pay dividends for 2024 and 2023. The shareholder of the Belarusian company is Russia’s Gazprom. The last time dividends were paid was based on the results of 2022. They then amounted to 341.19 million rubles.

At the same time, Gazprom Transgaz Belarus significantly increased its profit in 2025. The company’s revenue last year rose by 4.1% to 7.57 billion rubles. The cost of goods sold increased by 3.6% to 6.575 billion rubles. Net profit grew by 89% to 451.16 million rubles.
