Fire Breaks Out at Ryazan Oil Refinery After Drone Attack

A fire broke out at the Ryazan oil refinery in Russia following a drone attack, Pavel Malkov, governor of Russia’s Ryazan Region, said.

“Our region came under a massive drone attack overnight and this morning. A fire broke out on the premises of the oil refinery. A warehouse and vehicles at another enterprise in Ryazan were damaged,” he said.

As previously reported, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that he had lifted the ban on strikes against Russian oil refineries that Kyiv had observed following Trump’s announcement of an energy truce.
