The first episode of “Pukst in the North,” a new documentary project by Reform.news, has been released on the YouTube channel “Sasha, What Are You Talking About?!”
In the first episode, musician and performance artist Siarhei Pukst recalls his trips to Finland — from touring with poet Andrei Khadanovich to an unexpected invitation to a Dada art festival. Through personal stories, cultural encounters and his characteristic self-irony, Pukst recounts how he came to know the North.
“Pukst in the North” is an original documentary series about the ties between independent Belarus and the Nordic countries, told through personal memories, music, literature, art and cultural exchanges. The project consists of five episodes. New episodes will be released every Wednesday. English subtitles are available.
