An additional placement of the 409th issue of government bonds denominated in Belarusian roubles has begun on the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange trading system. The placement will run until December 23, 2026, the Finance Ministry said.
Earlier this week, the Finance Ministry held an auction for the placement of the issue, but securities worth only 10 million Belarusian roubles were sold. The bonds carry a fixed annual coupon rate of 9%.
Bonds with a face value of 1,000 Belarusian roubles, with a total value of 60 million Belarusian roubles, are available in the additional placement.
The bonds are scheduled to mature on July 14, 2028.
