European Commission Allocates €1.24 Billion to Ukraine for Drones and Missiles

The European Commission allocated €1.24 billion to Ukraine today. The funds are intended for the purchase of drones, drone interceptors, missiles and ammunition. They are part of a €90 billion loan for Ukraine.

The loan to support Ukraine provides for an indicative allocation of €60 billion for defense and €30 billion for budget support in 2026-2027.

In the remaining months of 2026, Ukraine may receive €32.5 billion in financial support: €28.1 billion remains available for allocation under the Ukraine Support Loan, of which €15.4 billion is intended to support Ukraine’s defense industrial capacity and €12.7 billion for budget support.
