The State Control Committee of the Minsk Region has suspended the production and sale of products at a private food preparation (culinary) workshop in the Minsk district. The decision was prompted by numerous violations of sanitary and epidemiological legislation.
During the inspection, specialists found that the workshop’s premises and equipment were not kept clean. In addition, no production control was carried out at the facility — there were no laboratory test reports for the meat products being produced.
Inspectors were also unable to determine the temperature at which raw materials and finished products were stored. At the time of the inspection, the workshop had been out of operation for several hours due to a power outage, while the refrigerators lacked the required temperature-monitoring devices.
Following the inspection, an order was issued to suspend the production and sale of products. The issuance of veterinary documents for products and raw materials of animal origin supplied to the facility was also suspended.
