Belavia has reported a delay of a flight from St. Petersburg.
The aircraft of the Belarusian airline was scheduled to depart from Minsk on March 22 at 17:50, but was only able to leave the capital’s airport today at 10:00. As a result, the return flight from St. Petersburg will also be delayed.
“During the waiting period, passengers of the delayed flights were provided with hot meals and drinks. The airline apologises for the inconvenience caused,” the statement said.
As a reminder, St. Petersburg’s Pulkovo Airport was closed from Sunday evening due to a drone attack. It reopened only this morning. According to Russian authorities, 70 UAVs were shot down. Drones also reportedly attacked the Primorsk oil port, where fuel tanks caught fire.
