Belarusian military personnel have built a temporary crossing over the Dniapro River. It will be used while a nearby bridge undergoes repairs.
According to the Defence Ministry’s press service, the task was carried out by personnel from the 188th Guards Engineer Brigade.
“The temporary bridge is intended to ensure the uninterrupted movement of special-purpose vehicles during the reconstruction of the main bridge. It will enable the efficient transport of construction materials and equipment between the two banks, helping to accelerate the repair work,” the ministry said.
The crossing is more than 60 meters long and has a load capacity of up to 60 tonnes.
