A Belarusian citizen has been arrested in Poland after being wanted for six months to serve a prison sentence for sexual offences.
The 34-year-old Belarusian was arrested in Lower Silesia. He had been wanted since February 2026, police reported.
A Polish court had previously sentenced him to 2.5 years in prison for sexual offences against minors under the age of 15. In 2024, he had sexual intercourse with a minor. In June 2024, in Lublin, he also forced another minor to perform sexual acts and demanded that she send him a video recording.
