Belarusian Gasoline Imports to Russia Reach Record High in June 2026

Imports of Belarusian gasoline into Russia reached a record high in June 2026, according to data from the Centre for Price Indices reviewed by Vedomosti.

Between June 1 and 25, supplies totaled 141,000 tonnes, 2.4 times more than during the whole of May and 15% above the previous record of 126,000 tonnes set in November 2025. By comparison, imports in June last year were negligible, amounting to just 1,000 tonnes. Since the beginning of the year, Russia has imported 422,000 tonnes of gasoline from Belarus.

At the same time, as supplies to Russia increased, transit shipments of Belarusian gasoline to other countries declined, falling from 166,000 tonnes in May to 24,000 tonnes in June. According to the Centre for Price Indices, Belarus redirected volumes previously intended for Central Asian countries to the Russian market.
