Belarusian businesses whose goods were damaged in Ukrainian attacks on Wildberries warehouses in Russia will receive support under a special algorithm “based on the specifics of the goods.”
The issue was discussed today at a meeting with business entities at the Ministry of Economy.
“Following the discussion and subsequent work on the issue, the government, together with IMVBRB LLC, has developed approaches to measures to support Belarusian businesses,” the Economy Ministry’s press service reports.
Sellers will be able to apply to IMVBRB LLC for support “taking into account the algorithm developed by the government, on an individual basis and based on the specifics of the goods being sold.”
As a reminder, Ukraine began carrying out large-scale drone strikes on Wildberries warehouses in Russia in July. Many large warehouses burned down along with the goods stored there.
