Belarusian Foreign Minister Maksim Ryzhankou began his visit to Vietnam by signing a cooperation plan between the foreign ministries of the two countries for 2027–2029. He held talks with his Vietnamese counterpart, Le Hoai Trung.
Ryzhankou’s visit will continue until October 30. The programme includes talks at the highest and senior levels, as well as meetings with business representatives. The two sides also plan to discuss humanitarian issues.
