Belarus and Georgia will hold the next meeting of their intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation in Tbilisi tomorrow. Today Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Yury Shuleika met with Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze.
The sides discussed issues related to expanding trade and economic interaction.
“Belarus and Georgia are ready to find points of growth and develop bilateral cooperation in areas that are beneficial for both countries,” the Belarusian government said in a statement.
The two sides aim to take a systematic approach to developing cooperation — from the economy and trade to culture, tourism and education.
